Our team is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to:

• Work on interesting projects related with Microsoft 365 technology
• Perform maintenance activities of Microsoft 365 portfolio (Intune, Defender, Entra ID, etc.)
• Install and maintain IT equipment (Windows computers, mobile devices, printers, conference equipment, etc.)
• Understand and perform basic administration activities related to Office Cisco network equipment (routers, switches, WiFi, VPN, etc.)
• React on security events and/or incidents in adherence to established procedures
• Provide technical support and resolve inquiries of internal stakeholders, provide training to employees
• Bring the following needed qualifications:
  • 3+ years of PC support experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco administration
  • Willingness to learn
  • Analytical way of thinking and working
  • Client-orientation and service-mind, with a strong focus on providing exceptional IT support to internal stakeholders
